New Year New Blog!

Ahh yes.. 2010,

Seems like yesterday when people were freaking out over Y2K. I know that our family was stocking up on water like crazy thinking that we were all going to die once 2000 hit.

I, on the other hand, was more concerned about graduating elementary school. It hit me that I was going on to middle school the following year and that scared me silly. So I had more important things to worry about than the end of the world.

And now, 2010 is here. There seems to be a lot of anxiety going around and people seem a little worried about where there life is headed...

BUT!

I have written so much in my previous blogs, so go read the ones that you haven't seen yet! And I'll keep this one simple...

If you are worried, listen up.

You must place your hope in God at this very moment. Because there is no one who can grant you peace that surpasses all understanding. Don't be anxious when uncertainty hits and hardships come, because God is Sovereign, and whatever comes to pass will in this lifetime will come because it will bring maximum Glory to His Name. That is what He ordained.

He alone is God, and we are comforted in the eternal and not the temporal.

May we declare from the rooftops that Jesus the Christ is Lord! Let us tell the world of the free gift of grace and forgiveness of sins! And we shall preach the pure Word of God so that all who believe in the Gospel of Christ may have life everlasting in His name!



Our only hope.
